Hat mein 93 auch. Weg geht mit Isopropanol. Aber willst wieder was draufmachen?

I know that and it happened to me in 2020.
At AUDI Tradition I bought a "new" steering stick lining, but then I didn't install it, because I didn't want to expand my steering wheel because of the airback.
I cleaned my steering stick covering with isopropanol then, so I wiped away all that greasy shit.
Then I bought a sprayable paint from the online dealer of horror "raid hp Liquid rubber 400ml spray foil rim foil" and re-sprayed my steering column injury.
Of course, protect everything else with foil and adhesive tape. Adhesive.
The result with me is/was PERFECT, was and still is fully satisfied with it.

The colour selection is unfortunately quite limited at this manufacturer, also FOLIATEC does not offer the colour tone "Nautic".
In the hibernation of the V8 the lower part will still be dismantled and with the two parts a painting plant will be visited.
As an alternative, I still see the leathering of the parts, with existing seat covers of a donor vehicle, by a specialist company.
