My question is, if you open the actuator, to get the coals
to check and clean the gears and new
to grease, must then not make the position of the operating rod before disassembly of the gears?Or is it not important because the recoup value has to be adjusted anyway?

Es ist unwichtig wie der Hebel steht bzw. er darf ruhig verstellt sein. Zum Ansetzen an die Koppelstange,welche am Gebläsekasten sitzt,kannst Du Dir die Klappe in die richtige Position drehen,damit der Motor wieder angesetzt werden kann.
Anschließend führst Du halt noch eine Grundeinstellung durch.
Wenn Du Dich bis an Schleifkohlen heranwagst,solltest Du den Kollektor anschleifen. Dort hat sich etwas Patina gebildet. Mit einem Schleifpapier von 1000er Körnung ist er nach der Behandlung wieder metallisch rein.

Today he had re-installed the actuator, and had re-installed it.
Diagnosis performed on the control and display unit.
Channel number 1 was the error 15 on actuator for temperature control valve is wrong.
Channel 7 : 3 & 5 / 6 / 7 flashed,8 & 9 .
It all seems so when the actuator does not have the Temp.
Besides, only warm air comes from the nozzles.
I can't stand it!
The actuator has not yet been measured by me.But after the ignition has switched on, it has pulled the Temmpklappe up to the stop.
In addition, I was not able to adjust the feedback value at the adjusting screw.
When setting LO I do not get the display value 230 - 245 at all, display value also 10.
Does any of you know how I can solve the problem?
