My gearbox can be very difficult to switch in cold condition and the gears find is ne art.
Has anyone ever had this before?

Look for the gear oil stand, a good idea would of course also exchange the oil times.
Otherwise it sounds to me rather like wear, the 5 gears are very vulnerable, not to otherwise Audi has introduced the 6 gears.
Your clutch works the way it should, doesn't it??

Bis jetzt ja, soweit ich das Beurteilen kann. Ich habe auch schon daran gedacht die Schaltkulisse zu Tauschen da das Schalten sehr schwammig ist und die Gänge halt nicht mehr so zu Trennen sind.
Getriebeöl lass ich morgen tauschen und dann mal schauen was passiert.
