Audi A8 Climate problems! But really serious

erstmal ein herzliches Willkommen hier im Forum der Oberklasse !

Zu deinem Problem sind noch einige Angaben nötig:
1.) Ist ev. mal das Radio getauscht worden ?
2.) Geht die Anzeige im Ki für die Aussentemp. ?
3.) lassen sich die Ausströmer einzeln mit den Tasten ansteuern
(Fußraum, links/rechts, oben/unten) ?
4.) sind alle Sicherungen und die Stecker hinten am
Bedienteil auf Schmorstellen und Kontakt geprüft wurden ?
5.) sind die Kabel im Motorraum auf Marderbiss überprüft wurden ?

Als mögliche Fehlerquelle kommen in Betracht die Stecker am
Bedienteil
und div. Plus und Massepunkte im Kabelstrang hinter dem Radio,
Kabelstrang Richtung Schalttafel sowie Kabelstrang links und rechts.
Wenn möglich würde ich mal die 5 Volt am Stellmotor prüfen
und gegen Plus alle Masseanschlüsse prüfen.
Ansonsten alle Fehler mit Code aufschreiben, löschen,
nochmal Fehlerlesen und alle Fehler hier posten.

Du schreibst, es seie Kühlmittel drin......weisst Du das, weil Du kürzlich einen Klimaservice gemacht /den Druck geprüft hast oder "müsste" das nur so sein?

Ich hatte nämlich bei meinem 95er anfänglich auch quasi keinen Luftstrom mehr aus den Düsen, egal in welcher Einstellung, und nach einem Klimaservice war alles auf einmal wieder völlig ok......

Ich hatte zwar bis zum Ende auch immer irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen (hehehe, hi Hans-Jürgen ;-) in der Klima, aber davon unbeeindruckt funktionierte sie so, wie es sein sollte....wie gesagt, nach dem Klimaservice !

Also falls Du nicht ganz sicher bist, weil Du es eh gerade gemacht hast - wäre es eventuell einen Versuch wert.

Now that I finally have a V8, I dared to register here.

So coolant should be enough inside because the compressor starts, and I briefly checked with the service valve by means of SChraubendreher if there comes something razu. And there the coolant is immediately sprayed against me with a lot of pressure (very finely natural).

The two cooling lines that go into the interior will not be cold.

Radio was not exchanged, however, the power stage at the rear for the boxes was smoked due to water entry and was no longer in the vehicle when buying. I also found the defective fuse in the back right of the trunk for the radio on the weekend. I switched these for a new 20A fuse and since then the radio (Audi Delta) works again. I don't have any sound back there.

Plugs on the control panel are all above, since I tried the control panel of a friend. However, his reports the same mistakes. First have to take a screenshot of the error messages.

I can't say if everyone can be controlled. It only heats from all nozzles only a warm air.

So here's the Fehler he's throwing out.







Who knows more????? It seems to me that somewhere a line has to be cut so that all these mistakes appear. Climate display I have already exchanged only were saved the same FEhler!

schein ein zentraler Fehler und sollte wohl leicht zu finden sein.
Kannst du eine Antwort zu Frage 1-5 geben ?

1.) Is ev. once the radio has been exchanged ?
Yeah, I threw out the original Delta. But climate has already not worked before. It was removed from the previous owner's original Audi phone!!! One thing I knew was fixed back there was the blackbox still inside and the plug for the phone is still in the center console at the front, and the fuse for the phone was in the fuse box.

2.) Goes the display in the Ki for the outside temp. ?
Yes works perfectly

3.) can be controlled individually with the keys
Yes I can press the buttons on the control panel and then the lamperl shine. But I feel like I'm only doing something with the foot extruders. I'm afraid there's no air.

(footroom, left/right, top/bottom) ?
4.) are all fuses and the plugs at the rear
Control panel on smithies and contact have been checked ?

When I changed the bed, I couldn't see anything messed up. Where are all the fuses?? I only checked fuses in the back right and front right down in the passenger footroom. Is there any other?
Cable is also not a lot with the plugs

5.) have the cables in the engine compartment been checked for martenbiss ?
Yes, we looked up and down at the engine service but we couldn't discover anything.

By the way, the solar roof works without any problems! The blower runs when it's in the sun.

so nun neues.

Anscheinend ist auch der Klimakompressor hin.
Kältemittel war genug drinn aber der Kompressor bringt nur 10 Bar und der in der Werkstatt meint das ist zuwenig.

Nun habe ich noch einen vom S4 c4 20V Turbo rumliegen.

Passt der auch???

hochdruck 10 bar wie ist der niederdruck welchen wert hat der ???
welches steuergerät hast du in dein auto eigegaut teilenummer von deinem bedienteil und des bedienteils das du getestet hast

Klimabedienteile hatten die selbe Nummer inkl. dem Endbuchstaben.

Der Klimamann hatte nur die Hochdruckseite angehängt und darüber befüllt. Dann haben wir ca. 10 min gewartet und dann gestartet. Dann hat er nur 10 bar gebracht.

Mehr kann ich dazu net sagen. Es waren aber 700 mg Kühlmittel drinnen.
